1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@nativefarm.com.au with your order details.
After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Refund Policy
Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales are final once the goods have been shipped. We do not offer refunds on items once they have been dispatched, except in the circumstances outlined below.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Your notification should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if applicable
We will review your case and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds or replacements for defective or incorrect items will be processed at our discretion.
3. Return Policy
General Returns: Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If you believe you have a valid reason for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@nativefarm.com.au. Approval for a return is subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in a condition suitable for resale
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first follow the return procedure (subject to the conditions above) and then place a new order for the desired product.
5. Third-Party Purchases
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly from Native Farm’s Shopify store. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to the retailer’s own refund and return policies.
